GrabAll

Privacy Policy

GrabAll processes only the data needed to detect downloadable files on a page and keep the extension workflow useful. Last updated: July 8, 2026.

What We Collect

  • The extension may store local settings such as filters, preferences, saved items, and scan history on your device or in your browser profile.
  • If you contact support, we collect only the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message content, and optional debug information.
  • Support requests may be processed by trusted service providers only for delivery and support handling.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or private account credentials through the extension.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or third parties.
  • We do not use your browsing data for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

How The Extension Works

GrabAll scans the currently visited page to identify media and files that are already available to your browser. This analysis is performed only to deliver core extension features such as previewing, filtering, saving, and downloading detected assets.

Permissions & Usage

Requested permissions are used strictly to operate extension features, including page scanning, download handling, local storage, and premium feature access where applicable. Permissions are not used for unrelated analytics or advertising purposes.

Payments

Premium purchases are handled by external checkout and payment providers. GrabAll does not process or store your full payment card details. Purchase records and license-related data may be handled by those providers to complete checkout, deliver licenses, and manage access.

Retention

Local extension data remains in your browser profile until you delete it, clear browser data, or uninstall the extension. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to respond, resolve issues, and maintain support records.
