GrabAll

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the GrabAll website, browser extension, free workflow, Premium features, support channels, and license activation. Last updated: July 8, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using GrabAll, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, Premium features, or support forms.

GrabAll may update these terms when features, pricing, licensing, browser-store rules, or operating requirements change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What GrabAll Does

GrabAll is a browser extension for scanning the page you are viewing and detecting downloadable files, images, videos, PDFs, audio, archives, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and similar assets that are available to your browser.

The extension includes page scanning, filtering, preview, selected downloads, saved items, scan history, Mass Scan for open tabs and links, and Premium batch tools such as ZIP export.

The current extension uses browser permissions for scripting, storage, downloads, tabs, and host access so it can detect files on pages, save local workflow data, and start downloads through the browser.

3. Responsible Use

  • You are responsible for making sure your use of downloaded files complies with applicable laws, website terms, copyright rules, and access restrictions.
  • You must not use GrabAll to bypass paywalls, authentication, digital rights management, technical access controls, or other restrictions.
  • You must not use GrabAll for abusive automation, excessive requests, security attacks, spam, or activities that disrupt websites, services, browsers, or other users.
  • Some websites may block downloads, use protected streams, serve dynamic files, or restrict access. GrabAll does not guarantee that every file can be detected, previewed, or downloaded.

4. Free and Premium Features

GrabAll offers a free workflow and optional Premium access. Free limits are implemented in the extension code and may include daily file-download limits, copy limits, saved-item limits, and limited scan-history visibility.

  • Current free limits include 50 file downloads per day, 50 link or filename copy actions per day, 30 saved items, and visibility for the latest 5 scans.
  • Premium removes daily download limits and unlocks power features such as selected-file ZIP export, Mass Scan for open tabs and links, full scan history access, unlimited saved items, additional visual styles, future Premium updates, and priority support where available.
  • Feature names, limits, availability, and plan packaging may change as the product evolves.

5. License Keys and Activation

After a Premium purchase, you may receive a license key by email. To activate Premium, open the extension settings and paste the license key in the license section.

License keys are for one user. You may normally use your license on your own devices, but sharing, publishing, reselling, or transferring license keys may cause the key to be blocked or deactivated.

The extension may validate license status through a secure backend endpoint. Premium status may be cached locally and checked periodically so the extension can enable or disable Premium features.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

Premium checkout, taxes, invoices, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, customer portals, and refunds may be handled by external payment and commerce providers. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled through the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically guarantee a refund for a past billing period unless required by law or allowed by the payment provider's process.

Lifetime access means access to the Premium features of GrabAll for the life of the product, subject to browser-store availability, technical changes, these terms, and responsible use.

7. Privacy and Local Data

GrabAll is designed around a local browser workflow. Extension settings, scan history, saved items, usage counters, visual preferences, and license status may be stored in your browser profile using extension storage.

Support messages are sent only when you choose to contact us. Premium activation may require license validation. For details, read the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

GrabAll is provided on an as-available basis. Browser APIs, store policies, website behavior, operating systems, and third-party services can change. These changes may affect scanning, previews, downloads, Premium activation, checkout, support forms, or availability of the extension in a browser store.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, browser compatibility, policy compliance, product quality, or maintenance.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

GrabAll is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every website. You use the extension and downloaded files at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, GrabAll and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, extension, downloads, Premium features, license activation, or support services.
