Understand your Analytics

See what your own scanning and downloading activity produced.

Start with the overview

Analytics summarizes scans, files found, known file sizes, and recorded downloads from this browser profile. Highlights can show the most-found file type, top website, largest recorded file, and busiest day when enough data exists.

Start with the selected date range shown above the charts. A change in range affects the visible summary and breakdowns, so check it before comparing two numbers.

Explore activity and breakdowns

Change the date range to inspect scan and download activity charts. Use the heatmap to spot active days, then review file types, size or resolution distributions, largest files, top domains, and downloads by workflow.

The download chart distinguishes activity from the popup, Dashboard, and ZIP workflow where recorded. Compare can contrast a selected period with the previous one; it is unavailable for All time.

Export a report

The Export data dialog lets you choose one date range, a format, and the report sections to include. Available formats are CSV, Excel, JSON, and TXT. Export uses its own range selection rather than the filters currently visible on the Analytics screen.

The Excel option creates an Excel-compatible .xls report, not a native .xlsx workbook. If your spreadsheet app warns about that format, use CSV. An exported Analytics report is for reading or analysis, not for restoring extension data.

Understand the numbers

Analytics reads activity stored in your browser profile. It is separate from website analytics and is not a record of every webpage you visit. Older records can contain less detail, and file-size totals can be incomplete when a source server does not report sizes.

The figures summarize what GrabAll recorded; they do not verify that every discovered file remained accessible or that an exported ZIP contains every original resource.
