Open the page you want to scan
Navigate to an ordinary webpage that displays or links to the files you need. Let the page finish loading. If images or links appear only after scrolling, opening a gallery, or choosing a page tab, reveal that content before scanning.
GrabAll checks file links and media that the page exposes to your browser, including linked files, image sources, and media elements. A scan does not search every page on the same website.
Scan and review
- Open GrabAll
Click the toolbar icon while the target page is active. If you chose Side Panel mode, the same interface opens beside the page.
- Scan this page
Select Scan this page and keep the page open while GrabAll builds the results.
- Review the list
Open a file category, then use search, file-type filters, size, or image-resolution controls to narrow the results.
- Choose an action
Preview a supported file, download it individually, or select several results to download together or copy their links.
Continue in the Dashboard
Open Scan Results in the Dashboard to revisit a recent scan and use the larger review area. You can save a useful scan separately from the rolling recent list. Saving a scan keeps its detected links and details, not offline copies of the files.
If the files are spread across several already-open pages, use Mass Scan to combine those tabs into one result. For a prepared list of page URLs, use the Scan links workflow.
