GrabAllDocs

Install and set up GrabAll

Get the extension ready for your first scan.

Install the extension

  1. Choose your browser

Choose the official store for your browser below.

  2. Add the extension

Confirm the installation prompt in your browser.

  3. Pin GrabAll for quick access

Open your browser extensions menu and pin GrabAll so its icon stays visible beside the address bar.

  4. Open a webpage

Visit a page with files you want to collect, then click the GrabAll icon.

Browser access

GrabAll uses page access and scripting to inspect the webpages you choose to scan. Tabs access supports Mass Scan, storage keeps your local results and settings, and the downloads permission saves files you select. Your browser may ask you to approve these permissions during installation.

Browser-internal pages, extension pages, and some protected destinations do not allow scanning. If Scan this page is unavailable, open an ordinary HTTP or HTTPS webpage and try again.

Popup, Side Panel, or Dashboard

The toolbar icon opens the compact popup by default. In Settings > General, you can choose to open GrabAll in the browser Side Panel when supported. The panel stays alongside the webpage while you review files.

Open the full Dashboard when you need more room or want to use Scan Results, Mass Scan, Saved, Analytics, Settings, or Support. The same locally stored data remains available when you switch between these views.
