Popup
Use the popup for a quick scan of the active webpage. Select Scan this page, then review the file categories, open a preview, apply filters, select results, copy links, or download files without leaving the current tab.
The popup is compact. If a result list is large or you need to return to an earlier scan, open the Dashboard for more space. Keep the popup open while a ZIP archive is being prepared.
Side Panel
On supported browsers, Settings > General can make the toolbar icon open GrabAll in the browser Side Panel instead of a popup. The panel stays beside the page while you review results, so it is useful when comparing the source page with detected files.
If your browser does not support that mode, the extension continues to use the popup. Side Panel mode changes the workspace, not which pages GrabAll can scan.
Dashboard
The Dashboard gives more room for Scan Results, Mass Scan, Saved items, Analytics, Settings, Premium, and Support. Use Scan Results to revisit recent scans or save important ones, Mass Scan to work across tabs or a URL list, and Saved to organize individual file links.
Settings controls language, scan exclusions, appearance, local-data backups, and license activation. These sections share the extension data stored in the current browser profile.
