Download an individual file
Choose the download control on a file result in the popup, Scan Results, or Saved. GrabAll passes the request to the browser download system; your browser may ask where to save the file, depending on its settings.
The displayed filename and size depend on information available from the source. Check the browser downloads list if the file does not appear where you expected.
Download a selection
Select several results and choose Download Selected. GrabAll starts individual browser downloads for that selection. This also works in Free while the selected count fits the remaining daily allowance of 50 downloads; an ordinary batch is limited to 50 files at once.
Use Copy links if you need the selected file URLs rather than local files. ZIP is a separate Premium action that builds one archive from the selection. Keep the popup or Dashboard open until its progress reaches 100%.
If the ZIP process cannot fetch a selected file, GrabAll may include a small .url.txt file with that file link instead of the file itself. Check the contents of the finished archive before relying on it as a complete copy.
If a download fails
Refresh the source page and scan again to replace temporary links. Check whether the file needs the same signed-in session or the host blocks direct downloads. Also check the browser downloads list for blocked, cancelled, or incomplete requests.
If only a few items fail in a batch, try one of them individually. That makes it easier to distinguish an expired link from a selection or browser-download issue.
