Browse detected files
Open a recent scan in the Dashboard and choose a category such as images, documents, video, audio, or archives. Each result keeps a file link and the details GrabAll could detect, such as name, format, size, and source page.
A Mass Scan combines files from selected tabs or supplied page URLs into one result. Use its source-page controls to focus on the pages you need without starting separate scans.
Actions on a result
From a result, preview a supported file, copy its direct link, add it to Saved, select it, or start an individual download. Selected results can be downloaded together or copied as a list of URLs.
Multi-selection and ordinary batch downloading also work in Free, subject to the remaining daily download allowance and the limit on a single batch. Download selected as ZIP is a separate option.
Narrow the list
Search by name or URL, choose formats, set minimum or maximum file size, and set maximum image width or height. Sort by size when enough size information is available. A result with unknown size or image dimensions may be hidden by a numeric filter.
If expected files disappear, reset filters and check Settings > Downloads for scan-time exclusions. The saved-filter switch can keep a useful filter setup for your next visit.
Search by domain, complete URL, or filename. Use /pattern/flags for a regular expression.
