Scan selected open tabs
- Open the pages
Load the relevant webpages in the current browser window. Reveal lazy-loaded content before scanning if you need it in the results.
- Choose Scan open tabs
Open Mass Scan in the Dashboard. Use the tab list and its search control to find the pages you want.
- Select and start
Select the tabs to include, then start the scan. GrabAll works through the selected pages and shows progress.
- Review one result
Keep the Dashboard open until scanning finishes. Open Scan Results to review the combined result and filter by source page.
Scan a list of URLs
Switch to Scan links to paste page URLs or import a file containing them. GrabAll detects web addresses in TXT, CSV, TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown, and supported spreadsheet files including XLSX, XLS, XLSM, and ODS. Review the detected-link preview before starting.
Link-list scanning is available in Premium. It processes the supplied page URLs as one workflow; it does not discover every page on a website or follow links automatically. Invalid or inaccessible addresses may be skipped.
Review the combined result
Mass Scan keeps detected files together as one Scan Results entry rather than creating a separate result for every source page. Use source-page filtering, file categories, and size controls to find the relevant items.
You can preview supported files, save individual links, copy selected URLs, or download a selection from the combined result. If a page contributes no files, check whether it finished loading and whether the browser allowed access, then scan again.
